Federal Minister for Education Inaugurates IBCC‘s Customer Care Desk

The Federal Minister for Education & Professional Training inaugurated the Customer Care Desk (CCD) at IBCC, H-9 Islamabad, under the leadership of Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah.

The Minister was briefed on IBCC’s reforms since the enactment of the IBCC Act XIII of 2023, including: centralized attestation & equivalence portals, Model Assessment Framework, uniform grading system & calendar, digital verification, 1-Link payment system, and global partnerships with Pearson, Oxford AQA, and ECCTIS.

The CCD will provide students with efficient, transparent, and user-friendly support for attestation and equivalence complaints.

The Federal Minister appreciated IBCC’s efforts, stating:

"Knowledge is the lost heritage of a believer, and providing today’s students with modern facilities is among the greatest responsibilities of our nation. With the inauguration of this CCD portal, students will no longer have to face unnecessary hurdles or delays in their queries and complaints resolution regarding attestation and equivalence. This step fulfills the demands of the digital age, and I appreciate IBCC’s tech-driven resolution to serve millions of students with efficiency and transparency."
