Invitation to Bids

  1. This Invitation to Bids follows the Procurement Notice (PN) or Procurement Advertisement (PA) for the subject Project/Procurement, which appeared in national dailies vide dated 13th November 2025.

 

  1. The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has received credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education Program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for PROVISION OF TEACHER AID KITS TO NFE TEACHERS AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL.

 

  1. The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers to provide 3000 Teacher Aid Kits.

 

 

  1. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the 36b (Single Stage, Two Envelope)  procedure of the Public Procurement  Rules  2004  and any  Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time), and is open to all potential bidders.

 

  1. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Pay Order / Demand Draft in the name of the Procurement Specialist, ASPIRE in the amount of PKR 1,000,000.

 

  1. The original bid, along with two copies of technical bids, properly filled in, and enclosed in sealed envelope(s) must be submitted on PPRA EPADS and delivered to the address Procurement Specialist/Officer, PCU-ASPIRE, M/o FE&PT, Pakistan Manpower Institute (PMI) Building, Shahrah-e-Suhrwardy, G-7/1, Islamabad at or before 02-12-2025, 2:30 PM. The bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the:
